US DOT Disability Regulations

The US DOT is currently proposing to extend the US Air Carrier Access Act, a piece of domestic legislation prohibiting discrimination in air transportation on the basis of disability, to apply to all carriers (including AAPA member airlines) serving the US market.

A series of three proposals were issued for consultation, and AAPA submitted comments on behalf of member airlines in respond to them.
